Amidst a shifting industry landscape, where more and more suppliers are stepping back from the realm of HPS lamps for horticulture, Ushio remains steadfast. “There are still many HPS systems in place that currently will not be replaced by LED, either investment wise or because LED is not the ultimate solution to some of the crop species”, sales director horticulture, René Polak, says.

In-house R&D centre and production facility
