UX series models and EUV source at SEMICON 2015 in Dresden, Germany
As Ushio is the biggest player in the semiconductor lamp market, it was obvious that the company would join the largest semiconductor event in Europe: SEMICON. Nearly 5,000 industry experts, professionals and executives were in attendance.
We at Ushio featured and presented to both our existing and potential customers four major UX Series models as “Advanced Packaging Solutions” and an EUV source.
