The excimer modules of the Hyper V / Hyper V-ST series have been specially developed for the inline treatment of substrates. They are particularly suitable for activating and cleaning the surfaces of plastics, films, glass and metals.

Predestined areas of application can be found in the treatment of special films, the production of OLED screens, matting processes and surface preparation for joining processes.

In order to meet the different treatment widths of surfaces, the modules are available in various standard widths from 300 mm to 2200 mm. With an irradiation intensity of > 170 mW/cm², the Hyper V / Hyper V ST series is the excimer series with the highest intensity available on the market. Manufactured in our own production facilities under the highest quality standards, the Excimer modules guarantee reliable operating times of 1500 hours and more.
