IR Heating Module IRTenser R280

Ushio’s engineering division developed a series of infrared modules and auxiliary components that serve as basic building blocks for many typical IR heating processes. The Ushio IRtenser heating modules emit of short-wavelength infrared radiation in the 0.8–1.5 μm range, with a power density of 200 kW/m². All IRtenser modules feature an integrated aircooling system, EmitFit quick-release lamp mechanism, and are delivered ready for immediate use.

No matter which infrared heating process you are tackling, the IRtenser R280’s compact size and independently-controlled IR lamps make the creation of planar and curved heat profiles easy. Ushio’s modular building block format allows the implementation of multiple emitters to generate your preferred heating field.
