VUV Excimer – Clean, Activate, Disinfect Ushio’s VUV Excimer technology continues to lead the way in surface cleaning and activation, improving adhesion of inks, lacquers, and paints. In addition to its proven effectiveness in pre-treatment, it also provides disinfection and electrostatic discharge, making it a go-to solution for sensitive substrates and electronics.

UV LED technology for modern printing methods Ushio offers a comprehensive portfolio of UniJet UV LED modules for high-quality graphic printing, printed electronics and many other areas, such as security features on banknotes. They are characterized by a compact and lightweight design, dimmable output, stable peak irradiance and homogeneous radiation distribution as well as a service life of over 10,000 hours. All modules are available with different UV doses and intensities and in various standard sizes.
