Ushio releases the world highest optical output power of 400mW at 405nm wavelength, single-mode laser diode.
In December of 2024 Ushio started sample shipments of the HL40213MG, a single-mode laser diode (LD) with the industry's highest optical output power of 400mW in the 405nm wavelength band, which has stable beam quality over a wide operating temperature range (-5°C to 85°C). In March of 2025, we are a
